Acceptable Forms of ID & Other Account Opening Requirements
To open a Bank of Gravette account, the following is required:
- A valid driver’s license or government issued ID for each accountholder (exceptions only for minors).
- Social security numbers for each accountholder.
- All account owners/authorized signers must complete a “New Account Application.”
- Risk assessments on each accountholders/businesses.
- Chex Systems approval for each accountholder to determine what type of account can be opened, if any at all.
Account Requirements for “minors:”
- Account holders under age 18, must have a parent or legal guardian on the account with them.
- Any legal guardian that is not a parent, must provide documentation stating they are the legal guardian.
- Debit cards issued to minors must be approved by the parent or legal guardian.
- Chex Systems approval is waived for minors.
- Valid driver’s license/government-issued ID requirements are waived, unless they have one.
