With online banking you have instant access to your accounts:

  • View account balances, including checking, savings, and loans
  • View and print your account history online.
  • Transfer funds between your deposit accounts and to make payment on your loans
  • Pay bills
  • Balance your checkbook
  • Enroll in Mobile Banking—both SMS and WAP
  • Set up text message alerts
  • Download transactions into your financial management software: Microsoft Money, Quicken, Quick Books, Personal Finance, Spreadsheet and Word
  • Cancel lost or stolen debit cards and ATM cards
  • Set up text message and balance alerts

To enroll in Online Banking, request an application or download the form from our website; once completed, you may mail it or drop it by Bank of Gravett—or drop by any bank location to enroll in person.

Once you’ve completed the Online Banking application, follow these simple steps:

  • To gain access to the system, please enter the ID and Passcode that you were given when you signed up for this service. You may also verify the security level the browser is using by clicking Test Browser at the top of the page.
  • USER ID: Enter the 12-digit number you were assigned when you enrolled. Once you’ve entered the system successfully, you may create an alias to replace the 12-digit ID. The alias may consist of any combination of letters and numbers and must be between 4 and 12 characters in length. We refer to your altered user ID as a “pseudo name.”
  • Passcode: Enter the Passcode that you were assigned and when you enrolled for this service. Once you have entered the system successfully, you are required to change your Passcode. Your passcode must be a minimum of 8 to 12 alpha-numeric characters.
